晶才计划是面向优秀应届毕业生量身打造的人才发展项目，旨在培养公司的核心员工和业务骨干。通过为期一年的全方位培养计划，协助员工适应环境、激发潜能、提升能力，进入职业发展的快速通道。

The JinTalent Program is designed for graduates summa cum laude, in order to cultivate key members and mainstay of the commercial management teams. It enables the participants to quickly adapt, develop and grow in stride with the company’s booming business.

·             定制化的培训计划：包括专业技能培养、核心岗位实践、导师定期辅导。

Tailored training plan includes: vocational training, valuable on-the-job experience in central departments, and regular mentoring courses.

Throughout the program, you’ll have access to senior leaders and mentors, who will guide you and help you achieve your career objectives.

应聘要求Your Profile

·             应届毕业的本科生，主修工商管理、工程管理、电气工程及自动化、财务金融管理等相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree with major in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Electric Engineering and Automation , Finance Management, etc.

·             具备良好的英语口语和书写能力。

Good command of English in both spoken & written.

·             熟练操作Office 系统。

Adept at Microsoft Office Suite.

·             个人特质：善于分析；出色的人际交往能力；积极主动、以目标为导向的态度；努力刻苦、诚实守信；勇于承担有挑战性的工作。

Personal Characteristics: analytical; excellent interpersonal skills; proactive; target-oriented, conscientious acknowledging challenges.

·             可接受出差或驻外工作。

Bootcamp → Job Rotations → Subject Study → Debriefing Reports → Orientation → Appointment

·             Tailored to individual aptitudes, expertise and faculties, including vocational trainings on technical, personal and leadership skills in different functions.

Your Profile

·             Master’s degree with major in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing & Sales, Finance, etc.

·             International exposure and experience, incl. living, working or studying abroad.

·             Good command of English in both spoken & written. Skilled in other languages – Spanish will be a plus.

·             Personal Chrisma: Analytical; Excellent interpersonal, project & time management skills; Motivation of adapting change, acknowledging challenges and taking on responsibilities of different assignments.
